The Financial & Administrative Services Branch is the central financial team within the Corporate Services Division of CITZ and is responsible for the overall financial management framework. Services include: budgeting and forecasting for expenditures; recoveries; corporate monitoring & reporting; core financial operations; policy advice; contract administration & expertise; risk & assurance; and facilities coordination.

The Office Administrator is responsible for managing all the operations of the branch. This comprises coordinating branch operations for each business unit, centralized reporting for the Executive Director for financial budget and forecasting reporting, support staffing and recruitment process, training and development, project oversight, contract administering, project management coordination, and supervision and coordination of all office administrative functions.

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • At least six (6) months of experience in all of the following:
    • Providing administrative and financial support services for a group of staff.
    • Financial experience.
    • Supervising staff and experience in leading teams.
    • Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).

Preference may be given to applicants with:

  • One (1) year experience in any of the above experiences.
  • Business Analysis experience.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Contract management experience.
