The Manoir Les Générations residence in Rimouski is currently looking for a Beneficiary Attendant who is empathetic and concerned about the well-being of residents. The Resident Attendant sees to the comfort, well-being, safety and general needs of residents by providing them with hygiene and comfort care.
More specifically, your daily life with us will look like:
Assist and accompany residents in their travels
Notify the nurse and/or the person in charge of health services of any changes observed in the state of health of the residents
Contribute to the adjustment of the residents' intervention plan through their observations
Respect and promote proactive care in residents
Comply with standards and regulations in accordance with certification of private seniors' residences and employer policies
Carry out a set of health and hygiene care with respect for the integrity and dignity of the residents, in collaboration with the team
Respond to all emergency situations

The salary is very competitive.


  • Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
  • Respond to all emergency situations
  • While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.



  • Nightly Premium applicable at $1/hour
