As the Chief Crowfoot Learning Centre (CCLC) Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the daily operations of the CCLC acting as the first point of contact for all internal and external clients, maintaining course material, and arranging logistics of classrooms and graduation ceremonies. Specific duties include:
Provide administrative support including mail and correspondence, printing, scanning, and photocopying, document control, maintaining office supplies, as well as general support for CCLC staff members and internal/external clients.
Record practical and eLearning exemptions for both sworn and civilian members of the service.
Track subpoenas and Police Action Requests (PAR) on Content Server for Unit members. This includes recording, directing to the appropriate member, monitoring the status, and liaising with the Court Unit.
Maintain CCLC equipment and vehicle listings.
Plan and coordinator all aspects of recruit graduation ceremonies hosted by the CCLC.
Perform records management, ensuring accountability and compliance.
Book classrooms, audio-visual equipment and transportation needs for recruits and external partners.
Schedule external speakers for the Recruit Training Program and confirm their commitment.
A 1-year certificate in Office Administration (e.g., an Office Professional Certificate or an Administrative Assistant Certificate) or related, and 5 years of related experience; OR a 2-year diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or related and 3 years of related experience.
Preference will be given to applicants who have experience using Content Server, InTime, and/or Training Partner.

An enhanced security clearance will be conducted.

Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week
