Ottawa's Protak Consulting Group Inc. is seeking experienced Bilingual (French/English) Project Administrators for new and ongoing contract opportunities with the federal government.

Please note: This is a fixed term contract opportunity. The successful candidate must be Bilingual and willing to work on-site in the Ottawa/Gatineau area fulltime.

Required experience:

10+ years (Senior level) as a Project Administrator on real property projects valued over $50M:

- supporting management activities including financial/planning/contracting

- preparing/distributing minutes and records of decision at project meetings

- providing technical writing support for written status reports, studies and presentation decks

- preparing project estimates for real property construction

- reviewing project documentation to ensure compliance with established Government of Canada real property policies and procedures

Required education:

- College diploma or CEGEP certificate related to project administration

- Any professional certifications related to project administration will be considered a plus

Strict requirements:

- Must currently hold an active Secret Level Security Clearance.

- Must be available to work on-site in the Ottawa/Gatineau area.

- Must be English/French Bilingual.
