What We Do
The Private Wealth Administrative Associate is responsible for providing ongoing administrative support for the Relationship Managers and the Private Wealth team. The individual in this position will have a strong attention to details and will focus on accurately completing various ongoing tasks pertaining to supporting the front-end client experience within the private wealth business. This will include providing service to Fidelity Private Wealth existing and prospective clients in an efficient and professional manner.
How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Delivers an Effective and Professional Interaction with Clients
  • Adheres to timelines when dealing with client requests
  • All interactions are documented accordingly
  • Proactively follow up on account related activity that impacts clients such as transfers
  • Assist with problem resolution that enhances the client experience
  • Handles all requests with discretion and confidentiality
  • Provide assistance to Relationship Manager(s)
  • Approachable presence on the team, assisting primarily Relationships Managers and others as needed
  • Tasks are completed according to the outlined processes while proactively communicating with Relationship Managers
  • Ability to anticipate conflicts and provides solutions within given scope
  • Escalates complex scenarios or challenges to the Relationship Managers
  • Attending meetings with Relationship Managers and provide support and documenting meeting summaries
  • Will have opportunity to interact directly with clients
  • Review ongoing account maintenance and related initiatives
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client accounts
  • Follow up with any outstanding items
  • Provide ongoing support by helping assist with client onboarding
  • Quality control all client paperwork to ensure everything is in good order
  • Ensuring any operational task is kept up to speed with regulations, policy & procedure and risk mitigation
What We’re Looking For
  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Customer Service/Operations role
  • Experience within Financial Services, specifically in Private Wealth is an asset
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client Focused oriented and effective problem solver
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential matters
  • Anility to be self sufficient
