JOB DESCRIPTION

The Partnerships & Events Specialist will be responsible for the planning and execution of Good Robot’s public and private events. Reporting to, and supported by, the Marketing Manager, the Partnerships & Events Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and successful promotion of events. They’ll also interact regularly with the hospitality team at all Good Robot locations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the development & implementation of Good Robot’s event strategy and calendar
• Plan & Execute all events at GR locations (including our Goodwill program) based on strategic objectives of the company
• Act as point person for all private events (including weddings)
• Manage events budget, process payments, and track invoices
• Assist with the execution and planning of partnership events and trade shows
• Work with the marketing team to ensure the successful promotion of all public events
• Manage sponsorship requests and off-site event involvement
• Identify and pursue strategic collaborations, sponsorships, or partners

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in event management
• Extremely organized and comfortable managing a project from start to finish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter / self-motivated
• Creative and strategic thinker
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience with ROI reporting
• Flexible schedule
• Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
