Full Description
- Key Point of Contact for Consumer Relations team – ensure Consumer Relations team is trained and updated on major Royale initiatives
- Liaise with Quality team for product complaints and ensure timely consumer response
- Escalate to management team and corporate communications as needed
- Own couponing capability including Inmar couponing vendor relationship
- Monitor coupon redemptions and provide monthly reporting to team
Data analysis and reporting
- Nielsen tracking and reporting for Marketing team on a monthly basis
- Own shelf and competitive media tracking
- Liaise with appropriate internal and external partners to organize and fulfill Royale Sponsorships and events
- Social media monitoring with agency partners
- Attend cross-functional and agency status calls
- Liaise with corporate communications, corporate relations, and other stakeholders
Budget & Administration
- Budget management and administration
- Manage Royale and team premiums
