RATE OF PAY: $32.83 per hour as per CUPE 2099 Collective Agreement
DUTIES
The Carpenter position is under the general supervision of the Foreperson. The Carpenter is responsible for the construction, alteration and maintenance of equipment and apparatus found in a municipal environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Considerable experience in in repairing and maintaining a variety of equipment and apparatus used within a municipal or similar environment; supplemented by graduation from a recognized post-secondary institution and journeyperson status in carpentry.
