POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Do you want to share your knowledge by participating in table service in order to develop your team? Do you have an excellent sense of work organization, do you like to plan operations in the dining room? Are you a natural team leader capable of supervising and mobilizing the work of servers? This position is for you! Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday daytime, full-time position. On-site training, no experience necessary.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management

• Organize and supervise the work of the waiters
• Provide a high level of customer service

Food Services

• As part of the team, ensure the cleanliness of the dining rooms floors, tables and chairs (may require light housekeeping chores, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning etc.).
• Assist in ensuring resident and staff safety in the dinning room by enforcing compliance with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
• Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
• Manage guests' reservations and ensure their comfort
• Participate in table service with your team of waiters

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
