As an Administrative Coordinator in the Customer Relations Office team, you’ll be responsible for assisting in the departmental goal to provide service to insureds by assisting them with their claim inquiries. The Administrative Coordinator supports the Customer Relations teams by ensuring all documentation is received timely and file handled accurately for quick adjudication.

What does your typical day look like?

  • Manage emails regarding general customer service inquiries;
  • Monitor incoming emails, and triage to team according to guidelines including responses when required;
  • Perform outbound calls to clients to request further documentation or to provide status updates;
  • Read incoming documents to determine the claim file it belongs to, enter accurate notes to the file and either take appropriate action or send notification to appropriate party;
  • Create, manage and file documents accordingly;
  • Pull and review client calls as requested;
  • General data entry;
  • Manage and respond to incoming emails from various email accounts;
  • Translate client documentation when required. (Bilingual role if applicable);
  • Perform general office duties;
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
  • Basic computer skills (Windows, Excel, typing);
  • Post-secondary education is preferred;
  • Experience working in a customer service environment;
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
