The position of ADM Administrative Assistant oversees the general organization of the office and acts as the point of contact for the Corporate Services branch. Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) of Corporate Services, the incumbent provides support to the ADM in the form of word processing, scheduling, records management, some financial support and database entry for branch administration.

- Office Administration coursework
- Experience providing senior level administrative and secretarial support
- Experience processing financial transactions in a government setting
