This job contributes to the success of Starbucks Blue Mountain by ensuring our service and store standards are met. The Barista will provide customers with prompt service and quality beverages and products. The expectation is that Starbucks customers will experience a friendly, upbeat and clean atmosphere.

Full and Part Time Hours Available - Seasonal (Spring/Summer)

Hourly Rate of $17.00

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
  • Prepares quality custom made beverages, whole bean and food products in a consistent manner for all customers; adheres to Starbucks recipe and presentation standards.
  • Promotes and educates customers about Starbucks products.
  • Operates cash register
  • Provides excellent customer service
  • Checks and replenishes condiment counter
  • Retrieves stock from the stock room
  • Maintains a clean and organized store
  • Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
  • Partial completion of high school or equivalent
  • No previous experience required
  • Previous customer service experience an asset
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
