Job Summary
Responsible for analyzing data trends and supporting and developing improvement changes.
Responsibilities
Data Exploration
Explores data within multiple files to determine trends, correlations and causal relations between variables
Build out reporting to track product performance KPIs using tools like PowerBI, DAX, Excel, SQL
Exercise a high level of empathy to help the business identify and prioritize data needs and define proper metrics to measure initiatives' success
Understanding of APIs to extract and share data within and across organizations
Ad Hoc Reporting
Creates complex ad hoc reports, using insights from data exploration to build comprehensive reports with visualizations and insights
Client Management
Reaches out to client(s) to clarify requests
Makes recommendations of what data should be explored and debriefs with the client to explain data insights and confirm report
Capable of influencing senior stakeholders in ways that support the development of the product and analyses
Analytics Coaching
Explains data to clients and prepares them to present data and answer questions
Data Audit and Cleansing
May perform periodic audits of data within business systems/platforms
Performs follow-up checks to ensure data quality and accuracy
Scheduled Reports
Downloads required data and creates pre-defined reports as per defined schedule
Delivers reports to stakeholder group and answers questions pertaining to the report
Customer Care (For employees working in Customer Care and Experience):
Supports accounts with medium complexity
Qualifications
Proven years related experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or relevant engineering discipline preferred
Power BI experience beneficial
Previous experience with excel and PowerPoint
