Shermco Canada is seeking a Project Coordinator Saskatoon, SK.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ensuring that all employees submit accurate timesheets in a timely manner. This includes tracking and monitoring employee attendance, ensuring that timesheets are properly completed and approved, and processing payroll accurately and on time.
  • Responsible for answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance, resolving issues, and escalating complex inquiries as necessary. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Responsible for opening private tickets for customers and ensuring that all information is accurately recorded. You will also be responsible for following up on tickets and ensuring that all issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Responsible for managing SaskEnergy and Shaw private billing.
  • Responsible for dispatching field technicians to customer locations as required. This includes scheduling appointments, assigning work orders, and ensuring that all service requests are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Responsible for opening Purchase Orders and ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Responsible for managing JLS expenses, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring that all expenses are accurately recorded and paid on time.
  • Responsible for providing support to locators, including problem locates and class 2 locates. You will also be responsible for assisting with tickets and ensuring that all service requests are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Responsible for sorting new hire paperwork, including resumes and IDs. This includes verifying employment eligibility, creating employee records, and ensuring that all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Responsible for watching the main phone lines during lunch coverage once a week. This includes answering incoming calls, providing assistance, and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Be on-call for after-hours support on a rotating basis. This includes being available to address any emergencies or urgent requests that arise outside of normal business hours. You will be expected to respond promptly to all calls and ensure that all issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
