The Guest Services Representative will display the enthusiasm and energy that Blue Mountain Resorts prides itself on. This position will be responsible for greeting our guests, redeeming, and selling tickets, passes and lessons as well as providing in depth information on the services and products that we offer. These team members will be friendly, proactive and be able to operate ticketing software proficiently. This position is primarily indoors, helping guests with any questions or concerns and aiding in making memorable and personalized moments.

Hourly Rate of $17.43

Full Time - Seasonal

WH AT WILL I BE DOING?
  • Handle sales transactions for season passes, tickets, lessons, and attractions; Be confident with managing guest expectations and aware of what solutions are available to ensure satisfactory service recovery.
  • Offer products and services best suited to what they're looking for. Have complete knowledge of all snow school and kid's camp lessons and products, and the ability to explain and communicate what product would work best for each guest, book lessons accordingly.
  • Promote, encourage, and administer season pass sales, processing, printing, mailing, pick-up and all related logistics and policies (waivers, lost and forgot passes, etc.)
  • Lost and Found: Assist guests with lost/found/stolen inquiries, in person, on the phone or via the L&F email, utilize the Property Database for tracking, tag and document found items, file reports, know the L&F manual, sell tickets and lessons and other duties as required.
  • Supporting our guests in navigating our virtual communication platforms such as QLess and Alto

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Extensive computer experience and technical skill required. Comfortable working on computers and learning new software programs.
  • Experience handling money
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and troubleshoot
  • Team oriented with an energetic, friendly, cheerful and animated demeanor
