Our company is seeking an invaluable employee to care for a variety of company facilities. The successful candidate will take direction well and will have the opportunity to gain skills in a wide array of areas during their employment. These responsibilities include general upkeep for all facilities, preventative maintenance and repairs of office equipment and residents' rooms and building maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs
- Use hand tools.
- Follow health and safety regulations including fire regulations.
- Keep accurate records.
- Good communication skills in both English and French.
- Cooperative attitude with team members and residents and their families.
