Food and Beverage Administratoris responsible for providing general administrative support to the Food and Beverage Division, as well as our internal and external guests.

Full Time - Year Round

WAGE- $18.71

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
  • Collaborate with the business units leadership team to create staff schedules in scheduling software.
  • Edits Payroll Timekeeping system on a daily basis.
  • Develops Purchase Orders on behalf of departmental leaders, tracks invoices and updates Manager on costs.
  • Provides administrative support during meeting - takes notes, circulates agenda, prepares agenda;
  • Create and distribute resort wide communication from Division.
  • Updates menus in systems; can include menu card creation, recipe database.
  • Produces regular and on demand reports. Examples of reports include guarantee sheets, BEOs, absenteeism, labour costs, inventory.
  • Point of contact with accounting; investigates cash discrepancies in BU, as required, and provides info to leaders for follow up with the employee; tracks banquet billing.
  • As required, assists in the inventory management process (For example, counts stock of liquor, confection). As required, assists with onsite groups/guests.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate or advanced level knowledge of internet software, spreadsheet software (Excel) and Word Processing software (Word); plus some knowledge of catering software (Delphi) & digital signage program(s).
  • Food & Beverage service, production or administration
  • Possesses knowledge of Delphi, Kronos, Windows, Scheduling ADP and POS
  • Experience with Kronos Time and Attendance software is considered an asset
