You are bilingual, sociable, and empathetic, you love customer service and teamwork, and are detail oriented?

  Type : part time permanent, 24hr to 40hrs
• Hours :
• Few positions for the evening shifts during the week
• Possibility of working weekends daytime shifts
• We can segment the shifts in blocks of 4 hours

• Training paid at the office (4 weeks)
• Category : Remote/Hybrid
• Salary : starting at 17.25$/hrs + incentives and primes on evening and weekend shifts

If chosen, what would you do?

• 
  Manage technical support calls
• Efficiently resolve any customer billing issues
• Do email and call follow ups to answer customer requests
• Create a service calls and perform system testing
• Participate in various current projects
