Your future role on our team

Join the Human Resources (HR) team to support the global operations. You’ll report to the Senior Total Rewards Advisor, your main responsibilities will be to maintain impeccable client service and provide support for the daily activities of the Benefits and HRIS team. Apply your skills by actively achieving our objectives. You’ll perform tasks and activities to manage employee files, carry out transactions for group insurance and the pension plan and work with other related files.

  • Manage the Benefits and HRIS mailbox and take the appropriate measures to promptly resolve claims.
  • Manage employee data in our ERP system.
  • Process all information related to electronic employee files.
  • Answer questions about benefits, such as: medical, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, long-term disability, flexible benefits, etc.
  • Create employee files for RRSPs with our external provider. Maintain, monitor and forward all relevant information to the Payroll department and to the HRBP, where necessary.
  • Provide administrative project support to the HR team.
  • Follow up on disability files with our external provider.
  • Coordinate receipt and processing of the department’s invoices.
  • Process all administrative transactions for personnel movements.
  • Assess and process attendance requests.
  • Respond to various requests for information from employees, managers and HR colleagues.
  • Produce periodic or ad hoc HR reports for internal and external clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Perform all other related administrative tasks.

Overview of certifications and job requirements

  • DCS in Administrative Technology, Human Resources Management option, or any other relevant study program
  • At least three years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information
  • Proficient with MS Office tools, especially Excel
  • Experience working with an HRIS
  • Strong ability to adapt in dynamic and complex environments
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and French.
