Atlas Canada is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and versatile candidate to join our Government Services team! The candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

The Customer Service- Government Services duties include the following:

  • Coordination of household moves from start to finish
  • Interacting with agents and operations personnel, and proactively communicating regularly with clients
  • Maintaining system updates and documenting steps
  • Providing exceptional customer service during the relocation process
  • Entering shipment orders in the Atlas system and tracing all stages of the order
  • Working in partnership with Atlas partners including our agency network to ensure a positive relocation experience for our customers

Employment Type & Hours
: Full-time position with work hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Possible overtime during peak season.

Qualifications:
  • Effective problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, customer service/team environment
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good reasoning ability and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, agents, and other outside organizations
  • Moving industry or Customer Service/Administrative experience is preferred
