Job Summary

Bring your strong administrative experience and superior organizational skills to this position.

The Service Delivery Division provides income and disability assistance services online, by phone, or face to face in our communities. We strive to ensure our services are reliable, responsive, inclusive, and accessible to all British Columbians who need our support. The Operations Support Branch provides centralized operational support services for the Service Delivery Division (over 1400 employees, 83 locations, and $503M budget) that includes business intelligence, human resources, contracts, financial, facilities and asset management.

The Business Application Administrator identifies impacts to applications resulting from business and/or legislative changes, provides technology support services, and produces reports and resource forecasts.

Job Requirements:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Secondary school graduation and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an administrative role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with business applications including report generation and data integrity.
  • Experience providing customer support services and helping end users understand and use business applications.
