Ladies and Gentlemen, grab your aprons and break out your best customer service skills, because we're hiring a Service and Beverage General Manager! We're looking for someone who knows how to keep the team morale high and can deliver the finest customer service standards.
You will provide overall leadership to two restaurant’s Front of House staff and curating all product selection for our Liquor Store. You will champion the principles of Quality, Scratch, Theatre, Service, and Love while responsible for all aspects of daily operations including profitability, expense control, merchandising, labour, regulatory compliance, and special projects as assigned.
If you're the type of person who can make even the most mundane tasks seem exciting and have a deep understanding of the service and beverage industry, then we want you! Can you expertly design the guest experience to be world class? Can you throw an epic party and manage all the associated service and beverage operations? If so, then we want to hear from you!
We need a true champion, who can lead the charge on training front of house staff and make sure everyone is following the latest food, beverage, and liquor regulations. We need a problem-solver who can collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless and consistent service delivery. We need a motivator who can hire, train, and develop the best talent.
We need someone who can keep an eye on sales, purchasing, labour, and inventory management targets, while building win-win partnerships with suppliers.
