Full Description
L'Oasis de L'ile is a spa/resort company located on a private island. A chalet with 14 bedrooms and two conference rooms are used as a place to hold events/weddings/parties.
The job of Conference & Event Coordinator includes:
* To maximize the sales of events and weddings.
* To make tours with the clients about the site.
* To communicate with the clients about their needs.
* To organize the contracts and related documents.
* To supervise the set-up of the events.
* To ensure the payment from the clients, balancing out folios from the system.
* To follow up with the client after each event.
Both English and French are required.
Salary starting from $21/hour + commissions of the sales
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Salary: From $21.00 per hour
