New Job Affordable Housing Development Coordinator In New Brunswick

Reporting to the Director of Planning and Development, the Affordable Housing Development Coordinator will lead Fredericton's efforts to work with our federal and provincial government partners and housing providers to deliver more affordable housing in the community. We are seeking a professional with deep experience in the housing sector. The successful candidate needs to have a comprehensive understanding of the economics, market, and policy environment that impacts the delivery of housing. They will be an important resource to help housing providers build the business case for executing affordable housing projects. They need to have proven experience developing positive working relationships with people. The right person for this job is creative, thinks outside the box, takes initiative, exercises tact and discretion, and has sound judgment. Most importantly, the person needs to have a passion to help house Frederictonians.
