Department Overview
Job Description
- Support Regional Market Manager on special projects
- Coordinate the content and creation of various Regional Wealth newsletters
- Responsible for managing in person and virtual events within Atlantic
- Provide marketing assistance to all lines of business
- Responsible to maintain Managers Handbook and provide Private Banking Client Associate assistance with banking transactions
- Provide business development support to sales team
- Liaise with internal and external providers such as property management group, Rivermine, Access Request, etc
- Responsible for administrative support of Wealth Advisory Services team
- Maintain daily work flow while managing incoming projects
Job Requirements
Undergraduate Degree
Required Capabilities
Proficient in using social media platforms
High level of comfort with technology
Prior experience in a client service environment with affluent clients
Retail banking experience is preferred
Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Proven self-starter, with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to build and sustain strong client and internal Partner relationships
Strong communication skills – oral and written
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
Proven personal credibility and accountability
Proven passion for creating a legendary client experience at every opportunity
