Job Description

In the role of Private Client Group's Wealth Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for TD Wealth clients. You will provide administrative support to various business lines such as Private Banking, Private Trust and Wealth Advisory Services. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.• Provide client and administrative support for the Centre
  • Support Regional Market Manager on special projects
  • Coordinate the content and creation of various Regional Wealth newsletters
  • Responsible for managing in person and virtual events within Atlantic
  • Provide marketing assistance to all lines of business
  • Responsible to maintain Managers Handbook and provide Private Banking Client Associate assistance with banking transactions
  • Provide business development support to sales team
  • Liaise with internal and external providers such as property management group, Rivermine, Access Request, etc
  • Responsible for administrative support of Wealth Advisory Services team
  • Maintain daily work flow while managing incoming projects

Job Requirements

Required Educations &/or Accreditation
Undergraduate Degree

Required Capabilities
Proficient in using social media platforms
High level of comfort with technology
Prior experience in a client service environment with affluent clients
Retail banking experience is preferred
Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Proven self-starter, with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to build and sustain strong client and internal Partner relationships
Strong communication skills – oral and written
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
Proven personal credibility and accountability
Proven passion for creating a legendary client experience at every opportunity
