Due to our continued growth and success at a local, national, and international level, we are looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our corporate Talent and Engagement team.

In this high-impact role as Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead a team and play a hands-on role focused on recruiting top talent to deliver on Vision33 growth. You and your team will be using creative sourcing strategies to attract talent into these roles which are key to the growth of the organization and support of our clients. In a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with leaders on their hiring needs to meet growth plans and contribute to a positive candidate experience and an equitable hiring process.

As Manager, Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for:
  • Oversee and actively participate in the full cycle recruitment process by working internal and external stakeholders to execute on a talent acquisition plan that produces a strong talent pipeline needed for current and future business growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists to deliver on a global corporate-wide resource plan.
  • Partner with external vendors to contribute to Vision33’s growth and revenue plans.
  • Evaluate current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Play an integral role in increasing awareness and brand presence of Vision33 through the creation of social media campaigns and compelling marketing content across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics necessary to monitor progress against the strategy and forecasted requirements as well as identify trends.
  • Partner with the Talent and Engagement leadership team to ensure efficient, effective, and seamless processes are in place to support onboarding of new employees.
  • Stay informed and share trends on innovative recruiting techniques and practices.

Excited to face any new challenge, you will bring to this position the following skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business with Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in recruitment.
  • Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a metrics driven environment is required.
  • Tech savvy with full command of digital sourcing tools and social media sites.
  • Experience working with a candidate application tracking systems.
  • Must be a proactive, energetic self-starter and problem-solver.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must have a passion for rapidly growing businesses and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptive, resilient to change and eager to take on challenging projects and the drive required for successful delivery.
