This role will support the organization in its Human Resources services. Using your human resources knowledge and skills, you will:
- Assist in entry and maintenance of data;
- Assist in collecting and compiling data for HR and OHS programs and WorkSafe BC requirements;
- Assist and support performing analysis and research;
- Assist in preparing correspondence and maintaining filing systems;
- Apply your strong customer service skills as you respond to HR related inquiries and requests from internal staff;
- Assist the HR office with special projects; and
- Perform other related duties as required.
In addition to assisting with human resource functions and activities, you will feel comfortable wearing multiple hats and working within a multidisciplinary team environment. Job Qualifications:
MUST possess a Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (both novice or unrestricted accepted), with a clear driving record. Preference will be given to students enrolled in a human resources program or other related fields of study, however, will accept any college or university program with applicable skills. Experience working with database management software is preferred.
