At Client Deliverables Solutions (CDS), we help our project teams tell the story of the work we do at Jacobs. Our professional editing and publishing services bring life to project communications and present technical information in an approachable, understandable way. From multi-volume regulatory submittals to simple memos and project reports, CDS partners with project teams to develop and deliver quality, consistent, and cost-effective publications that demonstrate how Jacobs is challenging today and reinventing tomorrow. Start your Jacobs career with a company that inspires and empowers you to deliver your best work so you can evolve, grow and succeed – today and into tomorrow.

At Jacobs, we don’t settle – we’re always looking beyond to raise the bar and deliver with excellence. We apply our expertise and knowledge as we look to the future with great optimism and focus.

We’re looking for a talented, highly motivated, and energetic Document Publisher to join our team of creatives in North America (currently in a remote capacity). You’ll be part of a thriving, collaborative, inclusive team, delivering professional documents to our internal and external clients. You’ll engage with publishing colleagues to create and refine project documentation into clean, clear, attractive publications, following company standards and client requirements. A Document Publisher’s diverse range of skills includes creating and using custom templates, applying Jacobs branded styles as appropriate, document formatting, proofreading text for spelling or grammatical errors, and simple graphic development and page layout. A Document Publisher often will work on a document from conception to production and delivery.

Bring your curiosity, talent for multi-tasking and collaboration, and extreme organizational skills and we’ll help you grow, pursue and fulfill what drives you – so we can make big impacts on the world, together.
