Full Description
Reporting to the Vice President/General Manager the Director, Sales is responsible sales management for Creative Door Services (CDS) across Western Canada. This position will work collaboratively with individual sales team members to align sales initiatives that support the organizations growth objectives. The Director of Sale will also develop and deliver a sales program for sales team members that will drive appropriate sales behaviors and activities.
- Excellent personal computing skills – MS Office.
- Minimum 10 years proven professional sales management experience
- 10 years of “hands on” strategic professional selling with demonstrated proven results
- Multi-branch experience
- Proficient in Professional Strategic Sales Process
- Experience within both Corporate and Private Sector Industry considered an asset
- Experience managing multiple geographical locations
- Ability to travel within Canada and Internationally as required
- Full P&L experience needed.
Education Requirements
1. Business Degree preferred
2. A record of continuing education in professional sales topics, team-based management and quality discipline is desirable
