Job LevelNV-05 As an Assistant - Customer Service, you will work within the Private Management department and support the team in order to take charge of, among other things, making appointments with customers (agenda management), completing transactions in the system (transfer of funds) and managing customer files in the system.
You will also participate in the management and maintenance of business relationships with members and clients by providing sales and business development support. You will carry out support activities related to the sale of products and services through various distribution channels that meet the needs of members and clients according to the strategies and practices in effect.
Your role is to provide support to members and clients, private managers and client advisors at Desjardins Private Management and to participate in maintaining business relationships. You will carry out sales support or customer relations activities for specific products and services or requests for information, in accordance with current practices, using your ability to adapt your approach when the situation requires it. Your mastery of interpersonal relations and your ability to aim for results allow you to ensure member and customer satisfaction and the quality of services rendered, while respecting the company's standards and procedures.
