Four Seasons Resort Whistler is located at the foot of Blackcomb and Whistler. The resort is a five-minute walk to the ski lifts and a 10-minute stroll to the village center, making it the perfect location for a rustic adventure any time of year.

In December 2020, we completed a property-wide enhancement with the launch of Braidwood Tavern, a craft kitchen and social house conceived in collaboration with celebrated chef and restauranteur Richard Sandoval, along with a re-imagined SIDECUT Steakhouse, both designed by Box Interior Design.
Greet guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo by opening their car door and welcoming them to the hotel. Assist guests descending from cars. Issues appropriate valet parking ticket to guests who want car parked. Give verbal greeting to guests arriving on foot. Open hotel doors for all guests.
Unload guest luggage from car, tag it and issue claim tickets to the guests. Direct hotel guests to the Front Desk for check-in. Transfer luggage to the Bell Staff.
Assure the smooth flow of traffic on the drive by directing guest cars and taxis to the appropriate positions and directing valet parkers to park cars.
Providing guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions. Hail taxis as needed. Load luggage in car for departing guests.
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc.
Greet all guests passing through Front Door and offer them assistance.
Hold a clean Class 5 BC Driver’s License.
Ability to work in Canada
Previous experience in customer service
Previous experience in a hotel or guest service role preferred
Strong command of the English language
Comfortable lifting and carrying 20+ pounds
