New Job Family Practice ( In British Columbia

Opportunity for a Family Physician to join a collegial group of 6 diverse family physicians and become an associate of a well-established, full-service family practice in recently renovated offices. There is the added
opportunity to provide hospital in patient care in consultation with an excellent cadre of local specialists and associated on-call responsibilities (1 in 6 weekends). Long Term Care, Maternity Care and Doctor of the Day Program is available. Hospital privileges are desirable but not required.

Opportunities for teaching and practicing obstetrics, if desired, are also available. No Emergency Room shifts are required. Full EMR (Med-Access).

The associate group and staff at Valley Medical Clinic provide a very supportive environment for any new recruit.

Benefits

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary
Agreement (RSA), including (subject to change):
Recruitment Incentive: up to a maximum of $10,000 (pro-rated based on FTE)
Flat fee: $4,834.80
Fee Premium: 4.20%
CME: $2,200/annum year 3-4 and $4,400 annum after 4 years in the community
