Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

As a Business Analyst, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Gather market intelligence/data on clients, vendors and/or solutions

  • Conduct business analysis and prepare business cases for client review

  • Business process design and mapping

  • Summarize findings in Microsoft Office or Google applications

  • Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders on key findings

  • Prepare deliverables within stated timelines, tracking progress as required by team leadership

  • Understand the process workflow related to work requests from initiation through completion, and how workflow is managed within the firm's workflow management tool

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

  • Professional and/or educational related experience within business analysis

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, etc.) and Google products (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)

  • Aptitude for learning new skills and about new industries, businesses, and markets

  • Demonstrated self-motivation and attention to detail, with a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate and manage expectations with engagement teams and clients

  • Fluent in French and English would be an asset

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
