The Facilities Contract Management Branch (FCM) manages several facilities contracts for the Province of British Columbia. FCM works with RPD, service provider partners, and Province Clients to ensure the successful delivery of facilities management services across the Province. FCM provides expert facility contract knowledge with a focus on continual improvement through collaboration and innovation.
The Contract Management Analyst is accountable for providing a broad range of contract interpretation, data analysis and administrative support to FCM’s Contract Performance Managers and the branch senior management team. The Contract Management Analyst contributes to divisional and client initiatives, operational activities, systems and business processes. The Contract Management Analyst collaborates directly with service provider representatives to monitor the performance of service delivery, track and review contractual submittals, and analyze reporting. The Contract Management Analyst is instrumental in identifying business inconsistencies and supporting resolution of contractual and relationship challenges to ensure the effective delivery of facilities management services to Province Clients. The Contract Management Analyst plays a key role in supporting the division’s management of public private partnership (P3) contracts during the operating period by providing contractual analysis and relationship management support. The Contract Management Analyst provides subject matter expertise to the branch’s contract representatives. The Contract Management Analyst supports the implementation of the division’s strategic plan and contributes to achieving triple bottom line objectives of sustainability (economic, social, environmental/ecological).

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
Degree or diploma in a related discipline (i.e., project management, contract management, financial management, business administration, public administration) with 2 years’ related experience (project management, contract management, financial management, business administration, and/or public administration); OR
Certificate in a related discipline (i.e., project management, contract management, financial management, business administration, public administration) with 3 years’ related experience (project management, contract management, financial management, business administration and/or public administration); OR
Post-secondary training or coursework with 4 years’ related experience (i.e., project management, contract management, financial management, public and/or business administration).
Proficient with technology tools, including web-based and enterprise-wide applications, including MS suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, One Note, SharePoint, Teams, and Visio) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Experience working with contract documentation, financial management reporting, analysis, and interpretation.
Experience in monitoring the work of contracted service providers or staff resources, including performance evaluation.
Experience researching and analyzing multiple sources of information and developing recommendations with options for decision making.
Experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment managing multiple activities under time constraints, conflicting priorities, and competing deadlines.
