At Radventures we don't operate the same old monotonous big bus sightseeing tours, we provide immersive, exciting & active experiences on snow, water, trails & the road to a great demographic of guests looking for adventure from all over the world, as well as offering a fast growing fleet of campervan rentals for guests who'd like to explore the Rockies at their own pace.

Radventures are seeking an exceptional self-starter for a newly created full time role with unlimited earning possibilities. We are looking for somebody to hit the ground running and help take our company to the next level whilst carving out a position of their own with unlimited growth opportunities.

We are a fast growing company with big plans to expand into other markets in Canada & around the world, so a desire to grow with us and be open to creating new opportunities with us in the future is also essential.

The successful applicant will need to have solid experience in inbound tourism and be a proven manager of people.

Working closely together with the company directors, the successful applicant will improve, create, oversee & execute all day to day running of the company.

Starting off by handling & improving our existing reservations & operations procedures, they will begin to incorporate their strengths in tourism business management & development by creating new frameworks to scale & fast track the growth of the company.

They will bring a broad range of knowledge & experience covering all of our key international markets and have an exceptional ability in and a passion for selling and winning new business.

In this ever evolving opportunity, the successful applicant will show the desire to grow with the company and be willing and able to step into all roles & responsibilities to drive the success of Radventures, relishing the challenge of achieving the goals and targets that we set together and sharing in our success whilst bringing ideas to the table that they will implement and execute.

The successful applicant will report to the company directors, however as their position establishes itself, they will be given more authority to make decisions across all facets of the business and will eventually manage the day to day operations of the business and other team members entirely.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Establish & then maintain business in key international markets (USA, Canada, UK, Europe & Australia).

This will involve developing & implementing strategies to win & maintain new business from a variety of North American based ITOs plus international travel agents, wholesalers and corporate clients through channels that you identify.

  • Assist with and eventually have control over general tour reservations, operations & administrative duties

This will involve being highly organized & reliable at all times, stepping in as a tour guide when needed, handling & maintaining reservations, scheduling resources, training & motivating tour guides, handing guests enquiries, creating & maintaining company policies & procedures & ensuring smooth day to day running of the business.

  • Improve, create & design new, exciting and profitable tours & experiences to sell under the Radventures name.

This will first involve working together with company directors to make improvements to our existing line-up of products & services, before utilizing your knowledge of our region and experience in the industry to design & sell new products & experiences.

REMUNERATION:

Being a new role within the company, Radventures is open to negotiating the best win-win agreement for the right applicant with regards to remuneration, hours, bonuses, commissions and benefits based on experience.

Ideally, the successful applicant will be available to work 4 days a week at a minimum.
