THE TEAM
The mission of the Central Operations Department is to be the backend partner to our stores, ensuring the seamless running of the day-to-day retail business and initiatives.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Central Operations team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to lead the team operating as central command for the front-end business and overseeing the seamless management of our Client related programs and sales events. As the Director, Central Operations - Clients, you will play a pivotal role in cross-functional integration across all Retail partners and inputs, ensuring a unified and cohesive approach between our stores and the support office. THE ROLE
As the Director, Central Operations - Clients, you will lead the team to:
  • Ensure that the most important Client lifecycles, programs, initiatives, and events are realized perfectly on an ongoing basis, and improvements are identified and addressed
  • Seamlessly manage and run the events that directly support our people or client facing activities, including sales events, product launches, new boutique openings, and divisional events
  • Integrate new infrastructure or program enhancements into our boutiques, acting as the single point of contact for Retail teams to interface with the backend business and ensuring that any impacts are accounted for and change is managed effectively
  • Ensure that our people have the tools, supplies, and equipment they need, when they need them
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Director, Central Operations - Clients has:
  • Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications, including experience in a similar Retail Operations role
