Job Description:

The Lake Louise Ski Resort (LLSR), a world-class ski area nestled in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join its Lake Louise team. Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, you are a dynamic player who will be responsible for day-to-day accounts payable coordination, general ledger account reconciliations, accruals, and accounts analyses.

Job Responsibilities:

• Control, 3-way match, code and distribute AP invoices on the cloud platform SAP Concur
• Import approved invoices from Concur to Sage
• Process employee expense reimbursements
• Control appropriate level of approvals
• Review statements and ensure we are maintaining payment terms
• Manage AFE’s and related reporting
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal staff to resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
• Provide suggestions and feedback to improve procedures and maintain related documentation
• Maintain organized and up to date filing
• Assist with month end duties and other accounting activities as required, including back up for cash office operations

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years related experience with a sound knowledge of accounts payable processing
• Post-secondary education in Accounting
• Committed to personal growth, development and ongoing learning.
• Strong Microsoft skills, in particular Excel (Sumifs, Index Match, pivot tables)
• Sage 300 and SAP Concur or equivalent software experience

This is a full time and permanent position located in our Lake Louise and/or Banff office.
