What's Involved?

· Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all truck and transport equipment and/or related equipment in a timely fashion.

· Have a concern for safety and awareness of safe working procedures.

· Diagnoses faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent or repair required.

· Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, components or systems, using hand and power tools.

· Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturer specifications.

What's Required?

· A valid driver's license.

· The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.

· Comfort using a computer, the internet, and other electronic resources.

· Mechanical and mathematic aptitude.

· Certification to perform safety inspections
