Full Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the TeraGo team. This individual will provide the necessary product leadership, direction and execution to ensure that TeraGo’s Connectivity product portfolio meets revenue, sales, and profitability targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide internal and external leadership for TeraGo’s Connectivity products.
  • Become the product SME for internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Provide market analysis leveraging market research, segmentation analysis and customer feedback.
  • Provide competitive analysis. Define TeraGo product positioning and differentiation.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and market changes and assess their effects on TeraGo products.
  • Create and manage product roadmaps for TeraGo Connectivity products.
  • Drive the development of new products by collaborating with internal TeraGo stakeholders, external vendors and customers.
  • Provide product training for TeraGo Operations, Support, Customer Experience and Sales teams.
  • Assist direct and channel Sales teams to develop sales playbooks.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop effective market positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create and execute go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to create marketing content, PR content and sales tools for partners and customers.
  • Effectively communicate product positioning, differentiation and roadmaps. Support Marketing and PR initiatives through blogs, webinars and speaking engagements.
  • Collaborate with TeraGo’s Pricing team to define product pricing and bundling.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance to assess the strategic and financial value of special deals and non-standard projects.
  • Assist Finance with the development of business cases evaluations to support investments in products, platforms and network deployments.

Education & Experience:

  • 5+ years of product management, product development or technical product sales experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of enterprise networking, including Internet, Ethernet WAN, MPLS and managed network services.
  • Knowledge of cellular or fixed wireless networks and technologies.
  • Working knowledge of cloud services and cloud service provider services.
  • Experience working with direct and/or channel Sales teams.
  • Product development or product ownership experience.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or similar technical degree and MBA preferred
