A career in Infrastructure and Property, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to be a part of developing and managing the PwC operational infrastructure that allows us to support our people and our clients. We focus on all aspects of internal infrastructure services from real estate site selection, facilities management, and physical security to managing relationships with Firm travel partners and event planning.

Our Office Services team is responsible for managing the well being of our office environment as well as responding to office requests from PwC partners and staff to help keep the office running smoothly.

What to consider before applying

  • This isn’t a virtual role. Candidates must be able to work from the London, Ontario office at least 5 day each week

Reporting to the SWO Operations Team Lead, this position is involved with supporting the business to ensure the smooth running of the office services

As an Office Services Coordinator, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Coordinate day-to-day facility and office service issues

  • File room maintenance, including filing and following record retention guidelines

  • Help with coordination of day-to-day facility and office service issues

  • Coordinates and participates in the planning and management of small facilities repair and maintenance projects; assists with large projects as requested or required

  • Liaise with building management and vendors on building maintenance issues i.e. Lighting, Cleaning

  • Involved with the Workplace Health & Safety Committee

  • Providing our internal/external clients with enhanced customer care; this includes responding to issues, and concerns, providing information, etc

  • Process office supply orders

  • Provide coverage for Service Delivery Centre during vacation and periodic absences

  • Provide reception coverage when required

  • Ensure photocopiers and printers are full stocked

  • Sort & process Canada Post outgoing mail including Registered mail utilizing the Pitney Bowes System, and performing general maintenance of mailing machine

  • Assist with the verifying and coding of invoices when required

  • Assist with meeting room set-up and perform general housekeeping duties as needed

  • Keep the staff lounge clean and tidy and maintain coffee and tea supplies

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

  • Relevant experience in a professional services environment.

  • High degree of computer proficiency in MS Office or G-Suite and Internet search tools.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (including strong spelling, editing, proofreading, punctuation, and grammar skills).

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

  • Exercises discretion when dealing with confidential data.

  • Detailed focused with the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision.

  • Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.

  • Exhibits professionalism.

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
