WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Responsible for taking resident calls pertaining to maintenance requests, and opening work orders to ensure issues/concerns are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Schedule and organize Maintenance Associates to ensure activities are completed efficiently
  • Manage and organize all work required in unoccupied suites to ensure they are move in ready in
  • Follow up with tenants to ensure that open work orders were completed to standard
  • Liaise with property management teams throughout the organization to ensure best in class service to all residents
  • Work with external vendors to organize completion of work where required
