This position is responsible for providing the decision support necessary to effect improved evidence-based decision making and efficient use of financial and human resources to improve outcomes for children and families. Much of the work will be focussed on establishing frameworks and processes which can be used by staff, as well as building internal capacity for information and decision support through mentoring and education. Thie position provides scientific research and design expertise and implementation, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies required for results measurement, performance monitoring and evaluation.
