New Job Physician Services Officer In Northwest Territories

Located in Yellowknife and reporting to the Manager, Practitioner Affairs in the Talent and Organizational Development division, the Physician Services Officer works as the primary contact for information on appointments, privileges and maintenance of privilege for all Practitioner staff in the NWT. The Physician Services Officer is also responsible for shadow billing, Nunavut billing fee for service and anesthetists' service billing for physician specialists to ensure that all parties are correctly invoiced.

Typically the above qualifications are attained by:

A two year diploma program in Business Administration or Accounting or Health information, with one year of relevant experience.
