Full Description
The Enterprise Financial Services Division seeks two positive, enthusiastic individuals to provide enterprise-wide supplier and customer master file creation and maintenance services in support of accounting and financial control operations for OPS ministries and central agencies.

What can I expect to do in this role?
In this position you will:- receive requests to initiate or update on-line supplier and customer master files;
- identify and resolve discrepancies;
- act as front-line liaison on file creation and maintenance queries to provide first level support, guidance and assistance to OPS clients, suppliers and customers;
- provide on-going program and business improvement support to management and clients.
How do I qualify?
Technical Knowledge:
- You have knowledge of administrative procedures and practices relating to the creation, maintenance and monitoring of supplier and customer master files, and coding processes and structures.
- You have knowledge of financial procedures and practices relating to accounting, accounts payable, purchasing, procurement and payment processing.
Analytical & Evaluative Skills:
- You can identify, investigate and resolve errors, inconsistencies and discrepancies in file creation requests, documents and records.
- You can scrutinize data from a range of sources.
- You can identify and recommend on issues concerning program delivery and client services.
Computer Skills:
- You have practical knowledge of computerized accounting systems to input/retrieve data, create files, update records and prepare reports.
- You can assess accuracy of financial information, identify and correct errors and process documents.
- You have intermediate to expert level skills in Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Office 365).
Communication & Customer Service Skills:
- You can provide a high level of support and services to clients.
- You can clarify and explain procedures, and provide information and assistance to clients.
- You can discuss and resolve file creation and maintenance issues with clients.
- You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
