There are currently 2 positions available: 1 permanent position, and 1 seven-month temporary position; the temporary opportunity may be extended or become permanent.
An eligibility list may be established for future permanent and/or temporary positions.

The Administrative Assistant provides a variety of office administrative, secretarial and financial support services for the branch and coordinate the day to day priorities of the manager, including providing liaison with ministry executive offices.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

Education and Experience

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • Experience working in an office setting.
  • Preference may be given to applicants with experience in the following:
    • Experience using and maintaining information in the CLIFF correspondence tracking system.
    • Experience with eApprovals document approval system.
    • Experience with records classification using ARCS/ORCS; or
    • Experience with records management using CRMS or TRIM
    • Further preference may be given to those with more experience any of the mentioned criteria
  • Preference may be given to applicants who identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Metis or Inuit).
