This is an ideal time and an exciting opportunity to join the Liquor Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB) as we undergo significant change delivering on the government’s initiative to modernize liquor regulations and implement the provincial regulatory regime for non-medical cannabis retail outlets, pending federal legalization.
Working as a member of the Management Services Team, under the supervision of the Freedom of Information and Records Officer, the Administration Clerk carries out a variety of records management, correspondence, mail processing, clerical, and other office duties. Management Services provides information technology, financial, facility, and administration services support for LCRB, with regional offices located across B.C.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Grade 12 graduation or equivalent (GED).
- Two (2) years’ administrative/clerical/reception experience working in an office setting. Preference may be given for three (3) or more years’ experience.
- Two (2) years’ experience working with the public or providing customer relations support. Preference may be given for three (3) or more years’ experience.
- Experience using standard computer applications (i.e., word processing, spreadsheets, and databases).
Preference may be given for:
- Post-secondary diploma or certificate in public or business administration, or equivalent coursework.
A Criminal Record Check (CRC) will be required.
