They will have a thorough understanding of the responsibility involved in this undertaking, and be excited by the unique challenges and rewards that come from managing one of our facilities.

What am I responsible for?

• Train, mentor, develop and manage sales associates on sales, marketing and prospecting;
• Implement and manage sales processes to reach sales goals;
• Build a rapport with members and impart this skill upon the studio’s staff;
• Execute marketing, social media and outreach strategies to drive membership sales for the studio;
• Hold yourself accountable for the overall performance of the studio and studio’s sales team.
• Support the Studio manager with driving performance
• Leading the weekend efforts

What qualifications do I need to have?

• Minimum 1 year experience working in a Management role
• Strong sales background
• Relationship management – building and management of relationships
• Experience in growing and developing new business while retaining current clients
• Self-motivated and driven sales professional
• Experience in the fitness industry is a benefit
• Proven track record of hitting goals and meeting/exceeding expectations

What is my schedule?

• Weekend availability is a must! You will be working Saturday through Wednesday (off Thursday and Friday)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

• Bonus pay
