The District is seeking applications for the position of Arena Attendant

Arena Attendant
The Arena Attendant will perform duties to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of municipal infrastructure. The position will require the individual to perform various tasks related to the Arena operations and the public works department. The position moves into Public Works Department while arena is not in operation. This Position is supervised by the Public Works Superintendent. The position is a physically strenuous and demanding position. Lifting, pulling, and managing heavy equipment and objects will be required from the individual, while ensuring that all activities are completed in a safe and efficient way. This position is a unionized position.

Position Description:
This classification is semi-skilled manual labour within an ice arena environment under the supervision of Arena Supervisor or Public Works Foreman or assigned supervisor. The candidate moves into Public Works Department while arena is not in operation.
