As the Social Impact Manager, you will develop, promote, coordinate, and communicate the Airports Authority’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.

Social Impact Manager

Serves in the Office of Human Resources and Administrative Services at the Headquarters Office.

Personally, or through subordinate staff, develops a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program to advance community partnerships, environmental initiatives and demonstrate social impact. Communicates initiatives and promotes the Airports Authority’s stewardship and social responsibility achievements. Oversees development of the annual CSR report. Performs related functions.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages overall execution and sustainability of CSR program initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and business units to ensure alignment.

Ensures the CSR program is aligned with and supports corporate mission, values, and goals.

Establishes CSR goals for the Airports Authority; collects, monitors, and analyzes data, and supports progress reporting.

Collaborates with interdepartmental staff to identify, measure, and monitor progress of employee engagement, environment, economic impact, and community initiatives.

Leverages measurement systems and tools to benchmark and track progress against sustainability goals, standards, and framework.

Develops strategies and materials for the communication of CSR initiatives to internal and external audiences, ensuring overall messaging consistency across business units and through corporate communications.

Promotes the Airports Authority’s environmental stewardship and social responsibility, including support of Business Enterprise programs. Coordinates job fairs, community events and environmental events for disadvantaged groups in support of the CSR initiatives.

Creates and writes communication and promotional materials to promote the CSR program and activities on the corporate website and on digital platforms.

Partners with internal department to enhance and expand programs.

Develops an annual strategic plan based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals for the development of the Airports Authority’s CSR report.

Leads a cross functional team in the development of the Airports Authority’s annual CSR report.

Performs related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Seven years of progressively responsible experience in social impact campaigns, either within the private sector or non-profit/advocacy/public sector.

Knowledge of supervisory principles and ability to manage the operations and programs of the unit/team.

Knowledge of social impact issues and ability to design program parameters to measure progress against those issues.

Knowledge of and ability to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and analyze organizational performance against them.

Ability to design and build integrated communications campaigns and materials.

Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding organization and employee information.

Ability to perform detailed analyses of data and information and make recommendations.

Ability to speak and write effectively.

Ability to use computer hardware and modern office suite software.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience working on social impact programs for a public sector organization.

EDUCATION

A Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES REQUIRED

A state driver’s license in good standing.

NECESSARY SPECIAL FACTORS

Work is typically reviewed in progress and upon completion for quantity, quality, timeliness, teamwork, customer service, and other factors.
