What you will do:

We are seeking two (2) experienced HR professionals to join the ERP team as Stream Leads. One role is for a Recruitment Stream Lead, and the other is for a Collective Agreement Stream Lead.

While navigating the ERP project milestones, you will get to work along side fellow Stream Leads, as well as collaborate with experts in areas such as Project Management, Change Management, Data Management, Business Analysis, and more!

As the Recruitment Stream Lead, you will lead continuous efforts identifying, aligning, and designing elements related to attracting and hiring a skilled workforce that will be the future way for departments, school districts and community colleges. The area of responsibility includes all GNB recruitment activities, processes, policies, legislation, and collective agreements.

As the Collective Agreement Stream Lead, you will oversee aspects of the ERP related to working with Finance and Treasury Board and the unions to understand the collective agreement rules and interpretations to ensure the ERP is properly configured.

Stream Lead responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring business requirements are known and processes are redesigned in a manner that will meet the evolving needs of GNB.
  • Ensuring successful system configuration through partnership with IBM system experts and Business Analysts.
  • Collaborating with various Human Resources groups to strategize on implementation of innovative talent attraction and acquisition practices.
  • Leading engaging sessions with stakeholders and leaders to debate, discuss and drive business process and organizational change.
  • Engaging and collaborating by leading various engagement, communication efforts and acting as a champion for ERP.
  • Contributing to and reviewing training documentation as well as leading training delivery.
  • Elevating any concerns, issues or potential risks to achieving project objectives to the HR Functional Owner.

Need to have (Essential qualifications and skills):

  • Positive, can-do attitude with demonstrated persistence and resilience in challenging situations
  • Be able to find your own solutions when working with unsupported tools and support other users
  • A University degree and a minimum of five (6) years of related human resources experience. A combination of education, training and experience may be considered

Wage: Bi-weekly salary: $2,577 - $3,428
